Plot Box Of Doom

Hi All,

It's been suggested that we hold a BBQ to get together and have some fun during the off-season. So here are the details!

Note: if someone has a small BBQ and can bring it please let me know ASAP and I'll pick up some hot dogs and stuff, if not, we'll get chicken or something.

When: Sunday, July 6th 2008 at 1:00 PM

Where: Bush Park in Salem (http://www.cityofsalem.net/departments/ ... h_park.htm) at the tables on the furthest end of the park off 17th. So that would be the side of the park opposite the Art Barn and Crooked House Playground, near the other playground. We'll have balloons! You can find it! We believe in you!

What To Bring: Your awesome selves, your family if you want, some goodies to share, and some outdoor games if you've got them!

If you have dogs, and they're good doggies (and I'm sure they are) please feel free to bring them. We don't mind as long as they're nice.

Please RSVP to this thread with: if you're coming, if you're bringing people and how many, what you're bringing (if anything), and if you have any food allergies we should know about.

I am bringing myself, and although I have many personalities I still only count as one person. I will be bringing chips, bean dip, soda, and perhaps some chicken or hot dogs and stuff if someone has a BBQ.

Absolutely yes on the bean dips, soda and chips though.

Also! I will be bringing a frisbee and badminton if I can find my set...I would bring my lawn darts, but you know, they're illegal. Pshaw.

I am planning to come. I will likely bring something that is good cold or room tempature, I will post it after we have information on allergies and such.

also, if I can find a way to transport it, I could bring croquet, and badminton rackets if you need extra, my grandmother has tons.

also, If there is enough table space, I will bring dutch blitz and guilotine. as long as its not too windy for cards that is.

Oh em gee, I already told the MLs about this but I'll RSVP for everyone to see!

I'll be bringing myself and my bouncing British friend who is here for a couple weeks. We'll bring cookies, soda AND a home made sandwich plate. I was thinking I'd make little PB&J, turkey, and ham sandwiches though if anyone wants something else do tell! I'll be using both white and wheat and will probably bring mayo and mustard for anyone who likes that sort of thing on their turkey or ham sammiches.

to reference last years allergies thread, i promise i wont bring my fabulous bleach and used bandaide cassarole...

I might bring cake or something, either that or a main dish like a manicotti or a mexican layer dip for all the chips people will bring. guh, I am almost as indesisive now as I was whe I was trying to pick my 2008 nano novel.

Hey, Lindsey, does your post say, "Please no George Foreman"! That is so funny.

Anyway, I really, really, really want to go and I will have to make sure if I can go, but it sounds awesome hence the "Off-Season BBQ Awesomeness". I don't know if I will bring the family, I will ditch them if I can and I might be a little late because of Church, but we will see.

I will know for sure this weekend and I will figure out something to bring too!
